I took my dog here a week ago and honestly The staff is very disrespectful and likes to talk over there patients. They don't seem to worry about your pets needs, only the money they make it seems. To add on to that, Yesterday I was told to pay the down payment ($364) before coming today or they wouldnt see her. I then procceed to do so and then dr.radford proceeded to tell me this morning to leave for being disrespectful (i told them they was doing nothing but confusing us *the pets owners* and taking us for money that coudlve been used wiser at the time.) and as well refused her surgery which is an emergency. (A gunshot on the front right leg) We are now $364 out of pocket with $151 monthly payments, as well as also a paid exam for $100 and xrays for $250 that'll now need done again. and yet no surgery has even been addressed... "As a paying client, you have every single right to ask for a clear explanation of medical procedures and a breakdown of costs before committing to major surgery like an amputation. For a clinic to refuse treatment and withhold your money because you advocated for your dog is deeply unprofessional." If asked, i would highly recommend using a different vet! 100%!!

We have been with Creekside since they opened and we are incredibly grateful to have such an amazing team we can trust! Our cats are always treated with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. You can tell that everyone here truly loves animals and goes above and beyond to make both the pets and their humans feel comfortable and cared for. I would also like to give extra gold stars and appreciation to Angie. She’s always ready to help whenever needed, spreading positivity, kindness, and her contagious smile wherever she goes.
